8 Building Blocks for Organizational Health
I work with organizational health from a whole-system perspective. The framework brings together strategy, people & values, mission & vision, servant leadership, governance, operations, impact, and the external environment. With the inherent value of people at the center, I combine structure, transparency, strong relationships, and systemic thinking to support healthy, sustainable organizations built on hope, wholeness, and long-term impact.
8 Steps to Sustainable Organizational Learning
Between 2009 and 2012, I worked as 'Global Knowledge Sharing Manager' at Skanska. During this period, I had the opportunity to implement my research on organizational learning, which resulted in a clearly defined eight-step model. In this work, I emphasize elements such as mandate, clarity, the recognition of human uniqueness and curiosity, as well as motivation and psychological safety. The model led to improved collaboration on customers and increased sales, as well as quality improvements and higher employee satisfaction. READ MORE
The Health Game
Jakten på den hälsosamma organisationen® (The Quest for the Healthy Organization): This interactive exercise helps teams visualize and understand the inner dynamics of the workplace. Using a game board, color-coded pieces, and reflection cards, participants explore key areas such as leadership, stress, engagement, health, workplace culture, and organizational change. Through guided dialogue and systems thinking, the game creates insight into patterns, causes, and connections - and supports concrete actions that strengthen collaboration, leadership, and a healthy, productive work environment.
Keynotes & Education
SAJ is Sweden’s oldest speakers bureau. Through SAJ, you can book me for a keynote on "Freedom and Strength - in Organizational Development and in Life". The keynote is suitable for leadership teams and entire organizations. It highlights what drains resilience under stress and pressure - and offers practical tools that build freedom, inner strength, and sustainable capacity to thrive.
You can also book me directly for other topics!
Health assessments
Understanding the situation of an organization is a prerequisite for being able to develop in the right direction. GreenGardens® uses Whole, a tool based on long research from Linköping University. In a trustworthy, transparent and multidimensional way, it reveals both the organization's strengths and weaknesses. Most important of all; the output generates specific actions. The result is followed by inspirational lectures and workshops, or, if necessary, processed in a more long term change process. READ MORE
